Scott pulls out of England squad, Hemp called up

Manchester City can confirm that Jill Scott has withdrawn from England duty as a precaution with a slightly tight ankle.

The midfielder featured for the entirety of the Lionesses’ friendly clash with Brazil on Saturday, but returned to Manchester following the game.

In her absence, City colleague Lauren Hemp has been called up to the squad for Tuesday’s friendly away to Portugal.
