The FA Cup and Continental Cup holders have headed Stateside for the Women’s International Champions Cup, where we will face the North Carolina Courage, Atletico Madrid and Lyon for the trophy.
City lock horns with hosts the NC Courage with the winner awaiting the victor of Atletico v Lyon in the Final.
Fresh from the summer’s World Cup exploits and as the clock ticks down to the mouth-watering FA Women’s Super League opener of a first professional Manchester Derby, the squad were in excellent spirits as we jetted across the Atlantic.
