In celebration of International Women’s Day 2019, Manchester City Football Club is unveiling a behind-the-scenes photo exhibition to honour our inspirational women’s team.

The exhibition, which will be on display in St. Ann’s Square in Manchester city centre from Friday 8 March to Saturday 9 March, showcases the hard work, passion, dedication and personality of the club’s elite female athletes.

This exhibition is a compilation of several seasons of work capturing the women’s team in training, on a matchday and in profile off the pitch.

An official unveiling, attended by City stars Claire Emslie and Caroline Weir, will take place in St. Ann’s Square at 12:30pm on Friday 8 March.

All the pictures on display have been taken by Club Photographer Tom Flathers and each set will be accompanied by a QR code that links to a video about that player.
