The Moroccan teenager has already made a flying start to life at City following his move from Lille late last month, impressing with his supreme technique, outstanding natural talent and maturity way beyond his years.
He’s one of a number of top-class midfielders to have joined the Club over the summer.
And Bouaddi believes working day in, day out alongside such fellow outstanding players as Elliot Anderson and Enzo Fernández will only further accelerate his development and progress.

“I know that I still have a lot to learn from all the players hopefully,” Bouaddi said.
“I’m at Manchester City, one of the biggest clubs in the world. I have a great player next to me [Elliot Anderson] so I can only learn here and enjoy.
“I think I can learn from everyone.
“But of course, I would especially watch the players who play the same position as me.
“So Elliot [Anderson], Kova [Mateo Kovačić], Enzo [Fernández], and the other midfielders – they are all great players with experience and can teach me a lot.”
It proved a summer of significant change at City.
Enzo Maresca has taken up the managerial reigns in succession to Pep Guardiola after a record-breaking decade at the helm.
Meanwhile Bouaddi is one of a host of new faces to have joined the Club in the wake of the departures of several long-serving playing personnel.
Making the move to a new club, country and adapting to life in England represents quite the challenge.
But for the 18-year-old, the aim right from the get-go has been a desire to both demonstrate his quality and show why City made the move to bring him to the Etihad.
“When you arrive you want to show that you are here, that you are a good player and you want to show the quality that you’re able to play, to help the team,” Bouaddi pointed out.
“And I think that’s what Elliot [Anderson] did, what I did and all the players who arrived this summer did.
“It’s [about] showing the quality that I deserve to be here.
“That I’m really happy to be here and show that yes, I can help the team and I will give everything for this team here in this city.”
The immediate focus for Bouaddi and his City colleagues is the small matter of Sunday’s Manchester derby at Old Trafford, kick-off 16.30 (UK).
Always one of the biggest fixtures of the season, it’s a game and occasion the teenager admits he cannot wait to sample.
“When you were a kid and you watch football, you want to play [in] the biggest games,” Bouaddi added.
“And I think this game this weekend is going to be a really good game against United – the derby – so of course it’s an important game for us, for the fans, for everyone.”
