Bouaddi joined the Blues today from Lille on a five-year-contact as the fourth signing of the summer after the arrivals of Elliot Anderson, Jeremy Monga and Gerónimo Rulli.
The 18-year-old joins as one of the most exciting young players in world football having made 96 appearances for Lille and won eight international caps already for Morocco including a starring role in this summer’s World Cup.

The ball-playing midfielder is no stranger to the No.32 having worn it during his time in Ligue 1 with Les Lillois.Â
It was famously donned by former Blues striker Carlos Tevez for his four seasons at the Etihad Stadium where he played 148 games, scored 74 goals as well as winning the Premier League, FA Cup and Community Shield.
