Find out who the Scout is championing in Gameweek 11 of Fantasy Premier League as City travel to Brighton.

Pep Guardiola’s side travel to the AMEX aiming to bounce back after our 4-1 defeat to Sporting Lisbon in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.

Foden’s early goal gave the team a strong start in Pourtugal, however the hosts flipped the match on its head through Viktor Gyokeres’ hat-trick and Maximiliano Araujo’s early equaliser into the second half.

But on our last trip to the Seagulls, we collected three points thanks to a 4-0 success with goals coming from Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden (two) and Julian Alvarez.

However, we will have to be at our best against Fabian Hurzeler’s side who sit eighth in the table after losing just two of their Premier League assignments so far this term.

With that in mind, read the Scout’s report below ahead of Saturday 9 November’s deadline at 13:30 (UK).

CITY STAR

Savinho (£6.5m) looks a great investment for FPL managers ahead of a Gameweek 11 match against Brighton.

The Brazilian has returned in three of his last five starts and has recorded expected goal involvements (xGI) of 0.94 and 1.17 in his last two Premier League matches.

In the Champions League on Tuesday evening had six shots, eight shot creating actions and nine take-ons, more than any team-mate.

In his last Premier League appearance, his 17 touches in the penalty area were considerably more than his nearest team-mate (11).

He is top among City players for expected assists (xA) with 2.81, second after Haaland for xGI with 3.81 and second for chances created (16) and big chances created (four).

ONE TO WATCH

Danny Welbeck is Brighton’s form player. Welbeck has returned in each of his last four appearances and is the third-highest FPL points scorer with 62.

DIFFERENTIALS

Elsewhere, Jarrod Bowen (£7.5m) and Matheus Cunha (£6.6m) remain low-owned gems who have good potential in Gameweek 10.

West Ham’s Bowen has a good record against opponents Everton with two goals and an assist in the last three Premier League meetings.

Wolves’ Cunha added to his returns tally in Gameweek 10 when Gary O’Neil’s side host Southampton. He now has five attacking returns and is averaging 5.1 points per start.
