Manchester City extended our impressive winning run to 13 games, after defeating Burnley 2-0 at Turf Moor.

Gabriel Jesus got the ball rolling early on, as he netted our opener two minutes in for his second goal in as many games.

Captain, Raheem Sterling then added a second five minutes before half time, after he tapped in a superb low ball from Ilkay Gundogan.

Into the second half, and Riyad Mahrez thought he had added our third, however his goal from close range was ruled out by the assistant for offside.

The two first half goals were however enough for victory to keep Pep Guardiola‘s side top of the Premier League, three points ahead of Manchester United with a game in hand.
