Pep Guardiola’s men face the Londoners at Columbus’ Ohio Stadium in the final fixture of our USA pre-season tour.
Both the youngsters have featured for City so far, Heskey as a late substitute against Barcelona in Orlando while Doyle started against AC Milan in New York.

And they’ll be hoping to help us finish the tour on a high as we prepare to face Enzo Maresca’s side at 17:30 (EDT), with the match available to watch live on CITY+ in selected regions.
Ahead of the clash, we asked the pair to choose their ultimate Chelsea XI, picking players past and present who have plied their trade at Stamford Bridge…
Goalkeeper
We’re going with Petr Cech. He was a legend at Chelsea and crucial to their Champions League final win on penalties against Bayern Munich. He was such a good player.
Defenders
John Terry definitely gets in, and Gary Cahill maybe alongside him? Their partnership was incredible, they won the Champions League and the Premier League together as well.
Ashley Cole has to be in there at left-back. His one-on-one defending was amazing, and Ronaldo once said he was one of the only players who he felt was better than him on his day.
Right-back is a bit tougher. In terms of quality, I think Reece James is the best but in terms of career we’ll go with Branislav Ivanovic. He was solid, he could score goals, run all day and was also excellent defensively.
Midfielders
N’Golo Kante has to be in there. It’s tough between him and Claude Makelele but he gets into our team.
For the two in front of him, Frank Lampard must be there. What he brought to the team, goalscoring from midfield and the quality he had, he was massive for them. He also scored against Chelsea too when he was at City.
The final midfielder is Cesc Fabregas. He’d bring stability to that team, he was so good on the ball and wouldn’t lose it.
Forwards
At centre-forward it’s got to be Didier Drogba. Diego Costa is close, but it has to be Drogba. He could dominate the two centre backs he was up against on his own. His finishing and the way he brought Lampard into the game as well was vital.
Eden Hazard is a must on the left, he was special. Joe Cole was good, it’s so tough, but Hazard in his prime, he’d make something happen out of nothing. As a defender, that’s what you’re scared of, and at the time when he was in his prime, he’d get at them and do his thing. He was one of the few players who could change a game by himself.
On the right, we’re going with Arjen Robben based off the career he went on to have. Willian is in there and Pedro as well, but Robben edges it. If he’s going at the full-back you have to try and force him outside, but he’d then come back in and find the top corner.
Final XI: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Kante, Lampard, Fabregas, Robben, Hazard, Drogba.
