Tickets for our Carabao Cup final against Tottenham have sold out.

Qualifying supporters who purchased a ticket for the Carabao Cup Final will be participating in the UK Government’s ERP and will be asked to complete a consent form before attending the match. Please note that if this form is not completed entry to the stadium will not be permitted. A detailed overview of the ERP and the protocols that you will be asked to support can be found here. Further information about the consent forms and privacy notice can be found here.

The UK Government protocols indicate that Under 18’s are not permitted to take part in the ERP or attend the Cup Final. We also wish to draw attention to a specific reference in the ERP which explains that supporters who are clinically extremely vulnerable, living with someone who is clinically extremely vulnerable, or pregnant should not attend.

TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT:

Supporters travelling to Wembley Stadium from Greater Manchester or the surrounding area will be required to comply with the ERP and select a pre-determined method of transport either train, coach or car. At the point of ticket purchase, supporters must select - and if applicable purchase - their preferred mode of transport, subject to availability. This breaks down as follows:

  • Train: 750 spaces priced at £80 for Standard Class and £130 for First Class
  • Coach: 750 spaces priced at £50
  • Car: 250 spaces

Trains chartered exclusively for the use of Manchester City supporters to travel to and from London will depart from Manchester Piccadilly at the following times: 10:20am, 11:55am.

A further train has been made available, departing Manchester Piccadilly at 12:55pm, traveling to Watford and not Euston as per the other two trains.

Official Club coaches travelling to and from Wembley Stadium will depart the Etihad Stadium at approximately 10:00am.

TESTING:

As part of the UK Government’s ERP supporters are requested to undertake a PCR test as close as possible to their attendance before the Cup Final and again five days after.

Supporters must also produce a negative lateral flow test within 24-hours of the Cup Final. The lateral flow test can take place from 13:30 onwards on Saturday 24 April.

It is your responsibility to organise the lateral flow test. For the avoidance of doubt, this test must be carried out at a rapid lateral flow test site. i.e. a lateral flow test taken at home will not allow entry to the event. This service is free to use. Without exception, proof of a negative lateral flow test must be provided upon arrival (SMS or email) to gain entry to Wembley Stadium.

Supporters will also be asked to provide evidence of their negative lateral flow test (SMS or email) at their point of departure in Manchester for those travelling by coach or train.

Details of how to book an at home PCR test can be found here.
