Manchester City will play Sevilla, Borussia Dortmund and FC Copenhagen in Group G of the 2022/23 Champions League.

The Premier League champions, who are competing in the competition’s main draw for the 12th consecutive season, learnt their fate at a ceremony in Istanbul on Thursday.

City legend Yaya Toure conducted the draw alongside former Turkish international Hamit Altintop as City were drawn against six-time Europa League winners Sevilla, Erling Haaland’s former club Dortmund and the Danish champions.

We do know that all group stage games will take place before the season pauses for the World Cup.
