City reached this stage with an eighth placed finish in the eight-game league phase, ensuring we bypassed the play-off round, and moved directly in the Round of 16.
We’re hunting our second trophy after Pep Guardiola guided us to success in 2023.
When is the draw?
The draw will be held at the UEFA House of Football in Nyon at 11:00 (UK) on Friday 27 February.
We’ll provide news of who City will face as soon as it happens on mancity.com and our official app.
Who can City face?
Due to the structure of the draw, we know it will be one of Bodo/Glimt or Real Madrid in the Round of 16.
Bodo/Glimt overcame Italian giants Inter in the play-off round, winning both legs and sealing a 5-2 aggregate success.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid beat Benfica 1-0 in Lisbon before a 2-1 success at the Bernabeu.
We have been matched with the winners of those ties due to the final placings in the League Phase.
The draw will also signal our potential opponents all the way to this year’s final, so we’ll cover who City could play in the quarter-final and semi-final too.
When will the ties be played?
Round of 16: 10/11 & 17/18 March 2026
Quarter-finals: 7/8 & 14/15 April 2026
Semi-finals: 28/29 April & 5/6 May 2026
Final: 30 May 2026 (Budapest)
