It was a winning start in Tokyo as we beat the Japanese opponents 5-3 on Sunday with goals from John Stones, Julian Alvarez, Erling Haaland (two) and Rodrigo.
Every outfield player was changed at half-time during the win at a sold-out Japan National Stadium in our opening match as the players regain their sharpness following the summer break.
