Marc Guéhi, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Nico O’Reilly are the three nominees for February’s Etihad Player of the Month award.

The City trio all played significant roles across another demanding month that saw Pep Guardiola’s side play seven fixtures across three competitions, winning six and drawing the other.

The poll is now open – but which player will receive your vote?

Marc Guéhi

The very personification of class and composure, the central defender has hit the ground running since joining City from Cystal Palace in late January and February saw the England star at his commanding best.

He brought all his experience and talent to bear across a series of outstanding individual displays.

Guéhi proved immense throughout the course of a dramatic 2-1 Premier League victory at Liverpool.

And he was also a pivotal figure at Elland Road in helping quell the best efforts of a determined Leeds as City rounded off a superb month with that hard-fought 1-0 league win

Meanwhile, Guéhi also demonstrated his threat at the opposite end of the pitch and notched up his first goal for City in our 2-0 FA Cup fourth round win at home to Salford.

Gianluigi Donnarumma

The Italian goalkeeper again proved a tower of strength at the back of the City defence, producing another series of outstanding performances.

Cool, calm and composed, the 26-year-old also brought all his big match experience to the fore at several crucial junctures across the month.

Donnarumma it was whose incredible flying save at Anfield in the dying minutes somehow clawed out a goal bound Alexis Mac Alister shot to ensure we secured that priceless and dramatic 2-1 Premier League victory.

The Italian’s intervention also proved decisive in a 2-1 home league win against Newcastle United, his late, late save to deny Harvey Barnes ensuring the Blues maintained momentum with an equally vital 2-1 success.

And amidst an intimidating and hostile atmosphere at Elland Road, Donnarumma stood tall once again at the end of the month, delivering another clean sheet as City chalked up a vital 1-0 success in west Yorkshire.

Nico O’Reilly

It has been a season of highs for our Academy graduate the 20-year-old once again performed with huge distinction and class across another crucial month.

Having shone at left back for much of the season, February instead saw O’Reilly largely deployed in his traditional midfield role where his vision, technique and energy proved priceless.

Amongst his numerous standout contributions, O’Reilly it was who superb brace of goals helped ensure City saw off a tough Newcastle United to secure a key 2-1 Premier League win at the Etihad.

O’Reilly was also on target in a fine 3-0 home victory over Fulham where he delivered a stellar player of the match display.

And the England international was also impressive in that fine City display at Anfield where we staged a dramatic late comeback to prevail 2-1.

Three compelling February candidates then – but which one gets your vote?
