It’s been a typically busy and successful month for Pep Guardiola‘s side, with six wins and one draw from our seven matches across all competitions.
We scored 17 goals as we booked our place in the FA Cup quarter-finals, moved closer to Premier League leaders Liverpool and took the upper hand in our Champions League Round of 16 tie with Copenhagen.

Phil Foden
With three months to go, Foden is on course for his most productive campaign in terms of minutes on the pitch and goal contributions.
The 2020/21 season is currently his best with 3,373 minutes, 16 goals and 10 assists and our playmaker has already matched those goals and assists figures in 3,062 minutes on the pitch this time around.
In February he didn’t miss a minute of Premier League action - scoring four goals including a hat-trick at Brentford.
He also contributed a goal and an assist in a star turn in the Champions League Round of 16 trip to Copenhagen.
Our No.47 last won the award in December 2023, starring as we lifted the FIFA Club World Cup.
Erling Haaland
Returning from injury at the end of January, Haaland has scored eight goals in seven appearances in February.
He scored both to earn the 2-0 home win over Everton and came up with the crucial finish against Brentford later in the month.
However, it was undoubtedly the five-goal haul against Luton on Tuesday night that grabbed the attention.
The striker’s tally put him alongside Frank Roberts and Bobby Marshall for most goals by one player in a single FA Cup game.
He also became the first City player ever to score five goals in a single game twice.
Haaland last won this award in October 2023, scoring five goals in five matches.
John Stones
Another player to have missed large parts of the autumn and winter through injury, Stones returned to form with a bang in February.
He continues to be used in a hybrid role, starting at centre-back before stepping into midfield and further forward.
More than just providing support for Rodrigo at the base of midfield, Stones has pushed even further up the pitch particularly in the victories over Bournemouth and Luton to act as a key leader of the press and play defence-splitting passes.
Stones earned our Man of the Match award for the 1-0 win at Bournemouth for his energy going forward and determined defending late on as the Cherries pushed for an equaliser.
The defender last won this award in April 2023.
