The tie will take place on Tuesday 27 February and will kick-off at 20:00 (UK).
It will be City’s second visit to Kenilworth Road this season following their promotion to the Premier League.
The two sides met in December with Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish scoring in the second half to secure a 2-1 victory.
All fifth round ties will be played in midweek and there will be a result on the night with no replays for the rest of the competition.
Winners in 2023, City beat Huddersfield Town 5-0 and Tottenham away 1-0 to reach this stage of the competitions while Luton won beat Bolton Wanderers in a third round replay before winning 2-1 at Everton.
