Manchester City welcome Crystal Palace to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday 30 October, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00pm (UK).
Patrick Vieira’s side currently sit 15th in the Premier League table having drawn each of their last four matches, but those results bely some impressive displays.
City will need to be at our best to break down the Eagles, leaving FPL managers with plenty to ponder ahead of Saturday’s 11:00am transfer deadline.

As part of our regular series, the Scout picks out one of our City stars expected to stand out at the Etihad Stadium, as well as an opponent to watch and another Premier League player they’re backing as a potential points scorer.
And Matchday Live host Natalie Pike also offers her thoughts ahead of the match, including which of Pep Guardiola‘s men she and the Scout both expect to continue their rich vein of form.
Check out who the Scout and Natalie are backing in our Gameweek Nine predictions below...
City Star
The Scout: Phil Foden (£8.1m) has the form to reward his huge numbers of new owners in Gameweek 10 of Fantasy Premier League.
The midfielder is the third most-bought player ahead of Saturday’s 11:00am deadline, earning over 401,000 new owners for Manchester City’s home encounter with Crystal Palace.
Foden has started each of the last four Gameweeks, thriving in an advanced central role for Pep Guardiola’s side.
He has scored three goals and supplied two assists in that period, returning 34 points in Fantasy.
Foden’s eight shots on target from Gameweek 6 onwards were at least double any team-mate, while his 12 shots in the box ranked third among all players.
Natalie’s Matchday Live pick: It has to be Phil Foden. I transferred him in for last weekend’s game against Brighton, which I was very smug about after his two goals and one assist!
What can we say that hasn’t already been said, other than he’s probably a guaranteed starter if he’s fit, a generational talent and the real deal?
Opponent to watch
The Scout: Christian Benteke (£6.3m) is Palace’s form attacker.
The Belgian has found the net in each of the last two Gameweeks against Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Natalie’s Matchday Live pick: I think Conor Gallagher (£5.7m) could be a threat.
He’s clocked up 38 points so far this season and scored a couple of goals, looking strong in that Palace team.
Gallagher is starting every game and looking better and better in an already very good Crystal Palace team.
Premier League pick
The Scout: Mohamed Salah (£12.9m) is expected to be the most-selected captain in FPL for Liverpool’s home match with Brighton & Hove Albion. He has averaged 11.9 points per match this term.
Elsewhere, Tottenham Hotspur’s Son Heung-min (£10.2m) has three double-figure hauls in four home matches ahead of a visit from Manchester united.
Natalie’s Matchday Live pick: I’ve got my eye on Tino Livramento (£4.4m) at Southampton.
He’s only 18, but could be the bargain defender you need to offset any premium defenders like Joao Cancelo, Ruben Dias or Aymeric Laporte.
He plays every game, got his first goal for Southampton at the weekend and, like his team, has looked really solid defensively.
