The 186th Manchester Derby takes place on Saturday 6 November, with kick-off at Old Trafford scheduled for 12:30 (UK).
With both local bragging rights and a big three points at stake, both City and United will be desperate to go into the upcoming international break with a win under their belt, leaving FPL managers with plenty to ponder ahead of Friday’s 18:30 (UK) deadline.
As part of our regular series, the Scout chooses one of Pep Guardiola‘s men and one opponent who they expect to stand out, as well as another Premier League star to watch across the weekend.
This weekend’s Matchday Live presenter Natalie Pike also offers her thoughts ahead of the Derby.
Find out who the Scout has chosen in this week’s FPL Scout Report below...
City Star
The Scout: Phil Foden’s (£8.2m) away form could prove decisive in Gameweek 11’s Manchester Derby in Fantasy Premier League.
The City midfielder has scored three goals and supplied an assist over his last two road trips, totalling 25 points.
Foden was also on the scoresheet in the UEFA Champions League in midweek, netting the opener in a 4-1 home win over Club Brugge.

The underlying numbers show Foden has thrived playing as a “false 9” recently.
His 12 shots in the box and nine shots on target in the last four Gameweeks both rank among the top three players in the Premier league.
Joy on the road: Phil Foden has been directly involved in 14 goals in his last 16 away Premier League matches (11 goals, 3 assists), scoring in consecutive away games four times in that run.
Natalie’s Matchday Live pick: I think Raheem Sterling (£10.6m) could make an impact.
He came off the bench against Brugge in midweek and I thought he made a really big impact, I thought he looked a lot more like himself and was playing with real confidence, so he’ll be looking to build on that.
It’s always difficult to predict who’s going to start for us but I think Raheem could be the one.
Opponent to watch
The Scout: Cristiano Ronaldo (£12.4m) is the main danger for the hosts at Old Trafford, with three goals and an assist in his last two matches in all competitions.
Natalie’s Matchday Live pick: Sadly it has to be Ronaldo. He seems to be keeping United going singlehandedly at the minute.
He’s consistently popping up with huge goals as we saw in the Champions League in midweek.
He’ll always be dangerous, and we’ll have to be really solid defensively to keep him at bay.
Seeing red: Cristiano Ronaldo has scored three goals in his last five Manchester Derbies, but is also the only player to have been sent off more than once in the fixture (January 2006 and November 2008).
Premier League Pick
The Scout: Mohamed Salah (£12.9m) and Harry Kane (£12.1m) offer strong captaincy options for Gameweek 11.
Liverpool’s Salah has produced at least 14 points in three of his last four visits to West Ham United.
Tottenham Hotspur’s Kane has returned double-figure hauls in each of his last three appearances away to Everton.

Natalie’s Matchday Live pick: All eyes will be on Spurs this weekend and what Antonio Conte can do with that team.
I had Harry Kane in my team from the start of the season but sold him a few weeks back... now I think he could have his confidence revitalised under a new world class manager.
