Torres signed a five-year deal with the Club on Tuesday 4 August to seal his switch from boyhood club, Valencia.
The 20-year-old Spanish winger was the first signing of summer 2020, arriving one day before City swooped for Bournemouth’s Nathan Ake.
“I am so happy to be joining City,” he said after the deal was confirmed.
“Every player wants to be involved in attacking teams and Manchester City are one of the most attacking in world football.”
