Manchester City are one of 32 teams from across the globe competing in the first edition of the new, expanded format of the competition.
Taking place from Saturday 14 June – Sunday 13 July, the best teams and players from around the world will face off in pursuit of being crowned world champions.

City will face Moroccan side Wydad AC, United Arab Emirates outfit Al Ain FC and Italian giants Juventus in Group G.
Those fixtures take place on Wednesday 18 June in Philadelphia, Sunday 22 June in Atlanta and Thursday 26 June in Orlando respectively, with full date, time and location details all listed below.
The knockout stages then commence on Saturday 28 June with the Round of 16, with the quarter-finals (4/5 July), semi-finals (8/9 July) and final (13 July) to follow.
Pep Guardiola’s men qualified for the tournament by virtue of winning the UEFA Champions League in 2022/23, with other heavyweight sides from around the world all competing in what’s sure to be a fascinating and historic festival of football.
