Five City players have been named in the England squad for the forthcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.

John Stones, Kyle Walker, Kalvin Phillips, Phil Foden and Jack Grealish are all included in the 25-man squad selected by manager Gareth Southgate.

The Three Lions will continue their qualifying campaign with a trip to tackle Malta at the Ta’Qali National Stadium on Friday, June 16, kick-off 19.45 (UK).

Southgate’s side then play host to North Macedonia at Old Trafford on Monday, June 19, kick-off 19.45 (UK).

The Three Lions made a perfect start to their Group C campaign in March, recording a fine 2-1 win away in Italy before then beating Ukraine 2-0 at Wembley.

The ten group winners and the ten group runners-up qualify directly for the final tournament along with hosts Germany with play-offs for the remaining spots in March 2024.
