Pep Guardiola’s side travel to Elland Road on Saturday 28 February, with kick-off scheduled for 17:30 (UK), in a game of vast significance at both ends of the Premier League table.
We enter the fixture with the ambition of extending our unbeaten streak in all competitions to nine games and our winning run to six successive matches.
Leeds, meanwhile, have only lost two of their last seventeen matches since last playing Pep Guardiola’s side.
Phil Foden wrote the headlines on that occasion, scoring two goals, one of which being a 91st minute winner to secure all three points as we edged a memorable clash, 3-2.
As ever, FPL managers will be keeping an eye on their assets during proceedings at Elland Road as they hope for big points returns in Gameweek 28.
With that in mind, read the latest Scout report below ahead of Friday 27 February’s 18:30 (UK) deadline.
CITY STAR
Over recent weeks Erling Haaland (£14.8m) has been sold by many FPL managers. However, those managers will need to bring the forward back after an outstanding performance in Fantasy Premier League (FPL) last weekend.
In the last four gameweeks he’s had 11 attempts on goal, of which three have been big chances. The forward has returned 27 FPL points in this period averaging 6.8 points per match.
Haaland’s distribution numbers have been even more impressive. Since Gameweek 24 he’s created eight chances, the most across all forwards in the game. He has also created the most big-chances of all the forwards.
The Norwegian has been directly involved in 42% of the chances that City have created in this period.
ONE TO WATCH
Anton Stach (£4.7m) is opponents Leeds’ in-form player. The defender registered 11 points in GW27.
DIFFERNTIALS
Elsewhere, Rayan (£5.6m) and Kevin Schade (£6.9m) are two low-owned gems worth considering.
Since starting his first match for Bournemouth in Gameweek 24 Rayan has registered 22 points from two goals, one assist, a clean sheet point and two bonus points.
Brentford’s Schade returned from suspension in Gameweek 27 coming off the bench at half time. The midfielder had a shot, created a chance and had 18 penalty area touches, one every two and a half minutes.
