The Brazilian has left the Club to join Arsenal on a permanent transfer, bringing an end to his five-and-a-half year stay at the Etihad Stadium.
During that time, Jesus scored 95 times in 236 appearances and helped Pep Guardiola’s men claim 11 domestic trophies.
From heading home at the Bernabeu to grabbing the goal that saw City reach an historic 100 Premier League points in 2017/18, the 25-year-old has been at the centre of the Club’s incredible success under Guardiola.
In the past season alone, the Brazilian’s winning strike away to Chelsea in September 2021 and a four-goal haul against Watford in April helped steer City to our fourth Premier League title in five seasons.
A hard-working, energetic and technically gifted forward, Jesus will be fondly remembered for his important contribution to the Club’s recent success.
