In 413 matches at the helm, Guardiola has steered City to an astonishing 300 victories, 14 major trophies and the first European Cup of our illustrious 129-year history.

It’s been a truly phenomenal seven years for the Club, with plenty of thrilling twists and turns along the road thus far.

The Catalan’s time at the helm began with three points against Sunderland in August 2016, with a Sergio Aguero strike and Paddy McNair own goal enough to secure a 2-1 victory.

In the seven years that followed, City have won every available honour, became the first side to break the 100-point barrier and, in the following campaign, the first to claim a domestic clean sweep.

We’ve also lifted a record-equalling four successive Carabao Cups with Guardiola at the helm as well as the small matter of claiming the Treble - earned with an iconic 1-0 Champions League final win over Inter in Istanbul.
