Fans glimpse 2026/27 PUMA Away kit at special event in Hong Kong harbour...

More than 1500 City fans gathered at a unique floating pitch in Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour to see our 2026/27 PUMA Away kit unveiled.

City stars Phil Foden, Abdukodir Khusanov and Ryan McAidoo revealed our new kit to excited locals in a bay just off the metropolis, ahead of the kit’s global launch on 31 July.

Inspired by the worker bee – an iconic symbol of Manchester – the 2026/27 Away kit will be worn as City go in search of more silverware under new boss Enzo Maresca.

In a preseason exclusive, scores of City fans that live in Hong Kong gathered on a stormy evening to see the kit, hear from current first team stars, play on a special small-sided floating pitch and see the FA Cup and Carabao Cup trophies up close and personal.

Selling out within minutes of tickets being made available, the excited Blues were determined not to let the damp weather affect the party atmosphere.

They were also the first to see the preseason font designed by Offgod:Tate, a creative duo based in Hong Kong.

With a DJ playing City favourites, community football teams, former keeper Scott Carson and fans took it in turns to have a go on the five-a-side style pitch on the water in Hong Kong’s iconic bay.

Speaking during a Q&A on stage with presenter FG, Phil Foden said: “It’s so good to be here in Hong Kong and seeing so many City fans out enjoying the day, despite the weather.

“I’ve never seen something like this floating pitch and I’m a little jealous of everyone who’s getting to play on it right now.

“And thee kit is something special so I’m looking forward to wearing it this season as we do our best to make you all proud.”

It comes early on in City’s summer tour of Asia, with the Blues set to play Inter in Hong Kong on Saturday before moving on to Seoul to face a K League All Stars side and Atletico Madrid.
