Presented since 1956 by French news magazine France Football, the prestigious awards are now firmly established as the pinnacle in world football.
The greats of the global game will descend on the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris on the evening of Monday, 28 October.
And our sustained success has again seen City widely represented in a variety of categories.
Ruben Dias, Phil Foden, Erling Haaland and Rodrigo have all been included in the 30-man shortlist for the Ballon d’Or itself.
Meanwhile three of our women’s players – Yui Hasegawa, Lauren Hemp, Khadija Shaw – are amongst those vying for the Ballon d’Or Femin prize.
City manager Pep Guardiola is amongst the contenders in contention for the Men’s Coach of the Year award after another magnificent season at the Etihad helm.
Young Brazilian star Savinho has made the shortlist for the Kopa Trophy, which celebrates the best Under-21 player in the game.
And City are also in the running once again for the prestigious Men’s Club of the Year prize following a historic 2023/24 campaign which saw us become the first men’s side in English history to win four straight league titles.
It promises to be a night to remember in the French capital and Matchday Live will be on hand to bring you all the news from the ceremony.
Hosted by Natalie Pike, our special Matchday Live Show – which is only available in the UK - will capture all the awards taking place in Paris.
Steph Houghton, and Joleon Lescott will be our special guests joining Natalie on the broadcast, providing their City-centric reactions and expert insight throughout the evening.
And, as always, keep across mancity.com and our official app too, for written and video recaps and reaction from the ceremony.
Good luck to all of our nominees!
