Jack Grealish joins Pep Guardiola’s men from boyhood club Aston Villa, where he featured 213 times across eight season.
Following a successful loan spell at Notts County, City’s new No. 10 made his Villans debut in May 2014, coming on as a late substitute in a 4-0 defeat to Manchester City.
The midfielder would gain national attention for his performance in Aston Villa’s FA Cup semi-final triumph over Liverpool the following season, having a hand in both goals en route to a 2-1 victory.
Grealish was named captain four years later at just 23, as he helped to propel the Club back to the Premier League, ending a three-year hiatus in the process.
And he was again pivotal as Dean Smith’s side reestablished themselves in the top flight, including grabbing the goal which secured survival on the final day of the 2019-20 season.
The 25-year-old went from strength to strength across the following campaign, with his six goals and ten assists seeing him rewarded with a spot in Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2020 England squad.
