Jack Grealish has been named Etihad Player of the Month for February.

The City star claimed the award with double the number of votes of Nathan Ake in second with fellow nominee Ruben Dias in third after both excelled in the Blues’ backline.

Grealish featured in all seven matches during February and claimed a goal and two assists in a month where we had six games away from home.

In our only game at the Etihad Stadium, Grealish won a penalty converted by Riyad Mahrez in the 3-1 victory over Aston Villa.

Then he was on target in the crucial 3-1 victory over Arsenal, scoring the second to put us back ahead at the Emirates.

He then claimed two assists, setting up Bernardo Silva’s strike in the 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest and again at Bristol City for Kevin De Bruyne in the 3-0 win that saw us reach the sixth round of the FA Cup.

Congratulations to Jack on winning the award, and thank you to everyone who voted!
