Jeremy Doku has been shortlisted for the Premier League Player of the Month award for November.

The Belgian played in all four of our league matches across the month, helping us to victories over Bournemouth, Liverpool and Leeds United.

He played 73 minutes in the win over Andoni Iraola’s Cherries early in the month before a truly spectacular display in the comprehensive 3-0 defeat of Liverpool a week later.

That display was topped off by a wonder strike, curled into the top corner from the edge of the box.

He enjoyed a lively start to the month’s only defeat on the road at Newcastle United, where he could easily have contributed multiple assists had finishing backed up his approach play.

Doku rounded out his November with 90 minutes in the tense win over Leeds last Saturday.

He also completed a league-high number of dribbles, with 21 across his four games.

It continues what has been a fine start to the 2025/26 season for our No.11, who was crowned Etihad Player of the Month in September.

If he’s to win the league-wide award for November, he’ll have to see off competition from Harvey Barnes, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Bruno Fernandes, Morgan Gibbs-White, Reece James, Declan Rice and Igor Thiago.

Voting is now open and will close at 11:00 (UK) on Monday 8 December, with the winner of the award to be announced at 12:00 (UK) on Friday 12 December.

Good luck, Jeremy!
