City enjoyed a perfect December, winning all seven league games to end 2021 with an eight-point lead at the top of the table and both Cancelo and Sterling were integral to our fine form.

The Portugal international scored a stunning 20-yard drive and crossed for Ruben Dias to head home as we eased to a 4-0 victory over Newcastle United, with the full-back helping Pep Guardiola’s men keep a further two clean sheets from his six appearances.

Sterling scored a league-high five times, including a brace against Leicester City and the winner against Wolverhampton Wanderers to bring up his 100th goal in the competition, whilst he also provided an assist for Dias in the 2-1 eclipse of Aston Villa.

Supporters can cast their vote for both players, here.

Voting closes at 12:00 (UK) on Monday 10 January and the winner will be announced at 11:00 the following Friday.
