The Belgian midfielder has put pen to paper to renew his current deal, which sees him commit to spending 10-years at the Club he joined in 2015.
During that time, he has built a reputation as one of the best midfielders in the game and has been instrumental in City’s continued success, winning two Premier League titles, one FA Cup and four League Cups.
De Bruyne made an instant impact at the Etihad Stadium, but has flourished as the creative lynchpin of Pep Guardiola’s side.
He has won the Premier League’s Playmaker award twice and, last year, he received a trio of individual accolades as he was named Premier League Player of the Season, UEFA Midfielder of the Season and PFA Player of the Year.
