Kevin De Bruyne has been nominated for February’s Premier League Goal of the Month award for his brilliant strike against Arsenal.

In a pulsating top of the table clash at the Emirates, the City midfield maestro latched onto a Takehiro Tomiyasu back pass before instantly despatching a superb, curling left foot strike over Aaron Ramsdale and into the unguarded net to open the scoring in our 3-1 win.

It was goal of the highest quality and yet another reminder of De Bruyne’s capacity to shine in the biggest of moments.

The Belgian international is up against seven other contenders and the vote is open now.
