De Bruyne‘s goal against Newcastle earned him the Club’s Nissan Goal of the Season.

Taking a clearance on his chest, the Belgian crashed a fierce 20-yard half volley off the underside of the crossbar that gave Magpies’ goalkeeper Martin Dubravka no chance.

Some neat footwork created the opportunity for his strike against Norwich, when he bamboozled a defender before curling a sumptuous strike into the far corner from the edge of the area.
