Brian Barry-Murphy is one of three guests for Saturday's Matchday Live programme.

Our EDS Head Coach will be joined by Steve Howey and Team GB Skeleton athlete Brogan Crowley in the studio at the Etihad Stadium.

Led by presenter Cel Spellman, all three will look ahead to our crucial Premier League meeting with Liverpool before returning at half-time and full-time to analyse the action.

As well as that, Barry-Murphy will discuss how his Elite Development Squad have played their way to the top of the Premier League 2 table.

Former City defender Howey represented the Club between 2000 and 2003 and has become a regular guest on the show.

Crowley was part of Team GB at last year’s Winter Olympics in Beijing.

The Oldham-born 28-year-old was a heptathlete in her junior career but has since converted to the winter sliding sport with great success. Crucially too, she’s a devoted City fan!

City v Liverpool coverage

We welcome Jurgen Klopp’s sixth-placed Liverpool side to the Etihad Stadium for a 12:30 (UK) kick-off on Saturday 1 April.

The trio will look ahead to the game with the usual mix of fun and analysis before Alistair Mann and Andy Morrison talk you through the action with our live radio commentary.

After the game, our studio will wrap up by reflecting on events on the pitch and looking at what it means for City’s season.

Reaction from Pep Guardiola and his players will be available shortly afterwards and then highlights and a full-match replay (for CITY+ and Recast subscribers) are on mancity.com and our official app in the evening.
