Kevin De Bruyne’s sensational strike to open the scoring in the second leg of our Champions League last 16 tie against Borussia Monchengladbach was Manchester City’s 100th goal in all competitions this season.

The Belgian produced a 20-yard thunderbolt with his left foot, which left Yann Sommer with no chance as it cannoned off the underside of the crossbar.
