Pep Guardiola has taken a 24-man squad to Portugal for Manchester City’s UEFA Champions League final against Chelsea.

The team left the City Football Academy on Thursday afternoon ahead of the game, which kicks-off at 20:00 (UK) on Saturday 29 May.
