City will first face K-League All Stars at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on Wednesday 5th August, followed by a rematch of the sell-out 2023 fixture against Atletico Madrid on Sunday 9th August.
Both fixtures are part of the exciting ‘2026 Coupang Play Series’.
This follows confirmation of City’s first pre-season game against Inter Milan on Saturday 1 August in Hong Kong, which was announced in April.
First launched in 2022 with this summer marking its fifth edition, the Coupang Play Series has established itself as Korea’s premier sports festival, hosted and organised by Coupang Play and Pitch International.
Each year, the series brings excitement to football fans through matchups between world-class clubs and special matches against K League All-Stars.

Manchester City have played in Seoul on only two previous occasions, first in 1976 with players such as Dennis Tueart, Alan Oakes, Glyn Pardoe and Willie Donachie and most recently in 2023.
Peter Laundy, Senior Vice President of Partnerships, City Football Group, said: “We are delighted to confirm the final fixtures of Manchester City men’s pre-season tour and we’re incredibly excited to be returning to Seoul – this time for two fixtures.
“We received such an exceptional welcome when we visited in 2023, with a sell-out crowd for our fixture against Atletico Madrid and thousands of fans attending our open training while we were in the city.
“We’re looking forward to an exciting rematch, connecting with our fans in Korea and spending more time in the country this year.”
Official Supporter Club members and Official Members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for both matches from a limited allocation via the Club’s website from the point of general on-sale until 20 July.
Tickets will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis, with each eligible supporter permitted to purchase a maximum of two tickets.
Further information, including the details required to access the sale, will be provided to eligible supporters in advance of the on-sale dates.
