Pep Guardiola’s side visit the Gtech Community Stadium on Tuesday 14 January, with kick-off against the Bees scheduled for 19:30 (UK).
The Blues enter the fixture buoyed following our emphatic 8-0 win over Salford City in the FA Cup last time out thanks to goals from Jeremy Doku (two), Divin Mubama, Nico O’Reilly, Jack Grealish and a James McAtee hat-trick.
We last faced Thomas Frank’s team in September where an Erling Haaland brace helped us to a 2-1 win at the Etihad Stadium.
But we’ll have to be at our very best again to collect three points on Tuesday against a Brentford side who have won seven out of their 10 league assignments at home so far in 2024/25.
