We advanced into this stage of the competition for the third successive year with a 4-1 aggregate victory over Bayern Munich.
Goals from Rodrigo, Bernardo Silva and Erling Haaland at the Etihad Stadium gave us a 3-0 advantage heading to Germany, before a 1-1 draw in the second leg ensured our progression.
Meanwhile, the La Liga outfit secured passage with a 4-0 aggregate win over Chelsea.
It represents a repeat of last year’s semi-final tie – an all-time classic that saw the Spanish champions advance to the final with a 6-5 aggregate success – and is the third time we have faced Los Blancos in the final four.
The first leg will be played at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday 9 May, with kick-off scheduled for 20:00 (UK).
And the second at the Etihad Stadium to be played on Wednesday 17 May with play to begin at 20:00 (UK).
Ticket details for both the home and away legs will be announced in due course on mancity.com and the official Man City app.
