And on Saturday 15 January, it’s a football feast!
City fans can savour FOUR games in one day with our men’s, women’s Elite Development Squad and Under-18s teams all in action throughout an action-packed nine-and-a-half hours of the beautiful game!
And you can follow all of the action live on our official Man City digital platforms.
Super Saturday kicks-off with an Under-18s trip to Liverpool, as two of the division’s top three go head-to-head in a bid to close the gap on leaders Blackburn Rovers. The U18 Premier League clash starts at 11am and you can watch every kick live on CITY+ from 10:50am.
CITY+ costs £1.99 a month and your subscription provides access to exclusive City content across all Man City platforms: Web, App and TV.
We will also be providing text updates on Twitter: @ManCityAcademy and a match report, highlights and a full-match replay ready for you to read and watch.
Then, both of our first-teams are in action from 12:30pm – Pep Guardiola’s men entertaining Chelsea in a crunch Premier League encounter at the Etihad Stadium, while Gareth Taylor’s squad travel to Aston Villa in the FA Women’s Super League.
Build-up to the men’s game gets under way with our Matchday Centre at 10:30am, providing live updates of the pre-match build-up, match action and post-match reaction, whilst our Matchday Live show starts one hour later and will provide the usual mix of City-centric analysis and entertainment with special guests: former City players Shaun Goater and David James.
During the game you can listen to live commentary from Alistair Mann and Andy Morrison or view regular text updates on Twitter: @ManCity.
Then, after the full-time whistle, a match report and all the reaction from Guardiola and a player will be available on ManCity.com and our official app.
Free to watch highlights will be published at 17:15 on Saturday and then from midnight, you can also enjoy a full-match replay of the game on CITY+.
Meanwhile, you can stay up-to-date with our FA WSL fixture against Villa at Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium on Twitter: @ManCityWomen and via our match report and post-match reaction Highlights and a Full Match Replay will also be available on our channels from noon the following day.
