Below you will find important service information ahead of our away fixture against Manchester United, Sunday 8 March, kick-off 4.30pm

We ask you to arrive at least 1-hour prior to kick-off to allow for security checks and ensure there are no delays in entering the stadium.

The Manchester United Visiting Supporter Guide can be found here but key information is called out below.

MATCHDAY SEARCH PROCEDURE

Supporters attending the match are asked to arrive at Old Trafford and get to the turnstile at least 1-hour before the start of the match (Turnstiles open 2 hours before kick-off, and entry into the stadium will not be permitted after half time.)

TRAVELLING TO THE STADIUM

Old Trafford is easy to access via road and public transport routes.

On Sunday 8th March from 7.00am until 11.59pm, work will take place to remove the bridge on Hyde Road in Gorton. As a result, Hyde Road will be completely closed at its junctions with Reddish Lane.

A local diversion will be in place; however, Travel for Greater Manchester have advised to utilise the M60 and head towards/away from the city centre via A635 Ashton Old Road (M60 Junction 23) or A5103 Princess Road (M60 Junction 5). You can view up to date Travel Information here.

PARKING

Supporters wishing to park at Old Trafford on Matchday can do so either online at manutd.com/tickets or by calling +44 (0)161 868 8000. Supporters who require blue badge parking or require a larger parking bay for wheelchair access, please call +44 (0)161 868 8009 to book.

OFFICIAL MATCH TICKET

Turnstiles open 2-hours prior to kick-off. Please find the correct turnstile printed on your match ticket. It is important that aisles are kept clear and supporters do not stand in the hatched areas. The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

ACCESS INFORMATION

The Manchester United Access Information can be found here.

PRE-ARRANGED MATCH TICKET COLLECTIONS

Supporters collecting pre-arranged tickets on matchday can do so at the Ticket and Membership Building, located on W2 Car Park open from 12.30pm. Supporters are advised to collect their tickets at least 60-minutes before kick-off to pass through security checks and enter the stadium in time. Photo ID will be required.

BAGS AND LUGGAGE

Please do not bring a bag larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8” x 6” x 2”).  All bags will be searched and items larger than the size criteria must be left at one of the ‘Bag Drop’ facilities, which are located near the ticket office (N1 car park) and in E2 car park. Bringing a bag will further delay entry to the stadium (and will delay departure after the game if supporters have had to use a ‘Bag Drop’). If it is necessary for supporters to bring a bag, Manchester United recommend you arrive at least 2-hours before kick-off. A  list of allowed and prohibited items can be found here.

NO SMOKING

Old Trafford has a strict no smoking policy; the use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.
