The trio all played major roles across a demanding month that saw City play nine matches in total across four competitions.
The poll is now open – but who will get your vote?
Abdukodir Khusanov
A year on from his arrival at City from RC Lens, the Uzbek defender enjoyed the finest spell of his Etihad career to date.
With Pep Guardiola’s back line hit hard by a series of injuries to key personnel, Khusanov stepped into the breach and more than answered the call.
After being summoned on as a second half substitute in our 1-1 draw with Chelsea, the 21-year-old started every subsequent game in the heart of the Blues defence.
He more than answered the call producing a series of outstanding individual displays that saw his pace, power and technique align in formidable fashion.
A January to remember for Khusanov was perhaps epitomised by stellar displays at either end of the month.
Partnering debutant youngster Max Alleyne at the heart of City’s defence against Brighton in early January, Khusanov led by example against a dangerous Seagulls side.
And the Uzbek then capped January off by a resounding performance to help blunt Galatasaray in our final UEFA Champions League league phase clash where a 2-0 Etihad victory sealed our place into the Round of 16.
Bernardo Silva
Having assumed the captain’s armband this term, the Portuguese midfield marvel has again been a commanding figure for City.
A player who combines supreme technical ability alongside a ferocious work rate and hunger for success, January’s packed schedule of fixtures saw Bernardo at his inspirational best.
The epitome of a team player for whom the needs of the side always come first, Bernardo again led by example.
Amongst his standout displays in January were a magnificent display away at St James’ Park where the Portuguese international helped City secure a precious 2-0 advantage over Newcastle in our Carabao Cup semi-final first leg.
Bernardo also again illustrated the creative aspect to his game, providing two sumptuous assists for Antoine Semenyo, firstly in that League Cup win at Newcastle followed by our subsequent 2-0 league win at home to Wolves.
Gianluigi Donnarumma
The Italian goalkeeper again produced a series of magnificent individual performances that further illustrated why the 26-year-old is considered one of the world’s finest number ones.
A cool, calm and composed figure, Donnarumma once more brought all his experience to bear, providing a vital extra layer of security at the base of the City back line.
Amongst his stellar displays across January, some of the highlights were a series of fine saves in that 1-1 Etihad draw with Brighton at the start of the month.
Donnarumma also performed with huge distinction despite the disappointment of a 2-0 derby loss away at Manchester United.
And he ended the month with consecutive shut-outs against Wolves in the Premier League and Galatasaray in the UEFA Champions League as Pep Guardiola’s side recorded back-to-back 2-0 wins.
Three compelling candidates then – but which one gets your vote?
