Voting is now open for our Etihad Player of the Month award for November.

City enjoyed a perfect month, winning all five of our games, scoring 13 goals and conceding just three.

Superb Premier League triumphs over Manchester United, Everton and West Ham were further enhanced by two impressive Champions League victories against Club Brugge and Paris Saint-Germain.

There were a whole host of impressive individual displays from Pep Guardiola’s side which made whittling down our list of contenders to just three a tricky task.

But, in the end, these are the players who made the November short-list for you to choose from...

Joao Cancelo

The Portuguese international proved a tower of strength across November producing a series of outstanding performances.

Having joined City ostensibly as a right back in the summer of 2019, Cancelo again demonstrated his tactical versatility by operating with aplomb at left back and bookending that by roaming further forward to great effect.

He also provided a potent cutting edge to City’s attacks, memorably contributing three assists in our 4-1 Champions League win over Brugge as well as two more in that emphatic 2-0 derby triumph at Old Trafford.

Rodrigo

Our Spanish holding midfielder continues to go from strength to strength and enjoyed a stellar month operating as the fulcrum in City’s engine room.

Powerful and assured in possession and adept at snuffing out danger, Rodrigo also provides an extra dimension going forward.

And that facet of his game was amply demonstrated at home to Everton when his thunderbolt strike lit up the Etihad and capped a magnificent 3-0 win over Rafa Benitez’s side.

Bernardo

City’s very own solid Silva has been in imperious form throughout the 2021/22 season to date and was again at his impish, inspirational best in November.

A player who marries inspiration and perspiration to devastating effect, the Portuguese attacking midfielder is in many ways the epitome of Pep Guardiola’s wonderfully gifted squad.

One of the key pillars in our perfect November, Bernardo found the target in our victories over Manchester United and Everton and was again the very model of excellence and consistency.

Once again, we have three compelling candidates - now vote for your favourite below!
