The City squad were put through their paces on Saturday ahead of Sunday's first pre-season clash of our 2023 Asia Tour against Japanese side Yokohama F. Marinos.

The Treble winners held an Open Training session at Yokohama’s impressive Nissan Stadium in Tokyo.

Thousands of eager fans turned out to watch Pep Guardiola‘s squad go through their paces ahead of the tour opener.

City are building up to the new season with games against Yokohama F. Marinos and Bayern Munich in the Japanese capital before heading to South Korea to face Atletico Madrid.

All three matches will be live for UK viewers on CITY+ and Recast, while we’ll have extended coverage throughout the tour across mancity.com and our official app.

And as our gallery reveals, the fans lapped it up as City got back into the groove.
