City’s 2-0 win over Borussia Monchengladbach means we have set a new top-flight English record for consecutive away victories.

This was our 12th successive win away from home in all competitions, moving us ahead of the previous record (also set by City between May and November 2017).

The record forms part of a larger sequence of incredible results for Pep Guardiola’s side. We have now managed 19 consecutive victories in all competitions and are unbeaten in 26 games, with our last defeat coming at Tottenham in late November.

Our record in the last 26 games reads: Won 23. Drawn 3. Lost 0.

And in that period, we have scored 61 and conceded just seven.

Congratulations to Pep, his backroom team and all the players on another remarkable achievement.
