Not surprisingly, spirits were high during the session after we maintained our unbeaten start to the season last weekend.
Thanks to goals from Joao Cancelo, Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez and Erling Haaland, we were able record an impressive 4-0 Premier League victory over Southampton.
The victory also saw us extend our free-scoring form to 15 goals across our last three fixtures and remain without loss.
Now our focus is on Champions League knockout qualification.
Victory at Parken Stadium will secure our progress into the round of 16 with two games to spare, after three wins from our opening three Group G matches - and a draw could also be enough to seal the deal.
Across those European wins, we’ve scored 11 goals – including five against Jacob Neestrup’s side in last week’s home assignment.
Manager Pep Guardiola was all smiles, as were his players, during the session which included the use of a bin as a training prop... and plenty of laughs!
