Training: That Friday feeling!

There was an extra spring in City’s step as we got straight back down to work at the CFA on a crisp, sunny Friday morning.

Appropriately enough, just hours after our superb 4-2 comeback win over Spurs at the Etihad, the players were greeted by glorious blue skies as a picturesque backdrop.

Given a busy and demanding January schedule, the focus is now trained on Sunday’s latest Premier League assignment at home to Wolves.

Under new boss Julen Lopetegui, the Midlanders are sure to present another tough challenge.

But given the nature of our memorable victory over Spurs, spirits were high as Pep Guardiola and his players focused on the next task in hand.
