John Stones and Erling Haaland have both been shortlisted for the Champions League Goal of the Week award while Kevin De Bruyne is up for the Player of the Week prize after City’s 2-1 win against Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday.

Centre half Stones drew City level against the Bundesliga side at the Etihad by firing home a stunning 25 yard shot late in the second half.

And, with time running out, Haaland then continued his superb scoring run by netting an acrobatic winner against his former club to register his 13th goal for the Club.

De Bruyne meanwhile produced another magnificent all-round display to help City make it two wins out of two in Group G with the Belgian midfielder claiming the man of the match award.
