Manchester City v RB Leipzig, Wednesday 15 September, 8pm

Supporters are advised that as a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to Cityzens with a 2021/22 93:20, Platinum and Gold Season Ticket who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are unavailable. Please see ‘Seat Relocation’ information below.

Tickets for this fixture are priced as follows:

 Tickets will be available online at www.mancity.com/tickets, by telephone on +(0)161 444 1894 (option 1) and in person at the Etihad Stadium North Stand Ticket Office for supporters that meet the following criteria:

• Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Season Ticket (not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme) can purchase up to six tickets – Friday 3^rd September at 9am
• Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Season Ticket (registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme) can purchase up to an additional five tickets – Friday 3^rd September at 9am
• Cityzens Matchday Members with previous purchase history at the Etihad Stadium can purchase up to six tickets – Friday 3^rd September at 1pm
• General sale supporters with previous purchase history at the Etihad Stadium can purchase up to six tickets – Friday 3^rd September at 5pm

Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket. Phone lines are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Booking fees may apply on all channels.  

Ticket information for the home matches against Club Brugge and Paris Saint-Germain will be available in the coming weeks.

Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum, Gold and 93:20 Season Ticket who are not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.

 Please note: All Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Season Ticket who are registered on the 2021/22 UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will have payment taken from their nominated debit/credit card as follows;

Manchester City v RB Leipzig – Week commencing 6^th September 2021

10 ticket points** will be awarded for attending each game. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points per game.

**Ticket points will be added 48 hours after the fixture has taken place.

Season Ticket holders not on the Cup scheme and Cityzens members purchasing this match, are advised during the purchase journey to select ‘Load to mobile pass’. Your mobile Season Ticket will then update to display RB Leipzig as the next fixture you are attending.

General sale Supporters

The Club has introduced mobile ticketing for all matches at the Etihad Stadium for the 2021/22 season. This follows its successful trial at the Etihad Stadium at the Club’s final match of the 2020/21 season.

Alcohol will now be available for sale in all areas of the Etihad Stadium for UEFA Champions League matches. This includes all three of these home Group Stage fixtures. Please drink responsibly.

FORGOTTEN YOUR ONLINE LOG IN?

Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here and clicking ‘My Account’.

SEAT RELOCATIONS

As a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum and Gold Season Ticket who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will be unavailable. Full details of seats impacted for the Group Stage fixtures are as follows;

Colin Bell Stand Level 1 – Blocks 125 & 127

Rows A to S; Extended Red Zone area.

Colin Bell Stand Level 3 – Block 228

Rows A to F; UEFA requirement for the Club to provide an allocation of ‘First Class’ seating to the Visiting Club, located between the 16m lines.

Colin Bell Stand Level 3 – Block 326

Rows A to P; UEFA requirement for an expanded television and media commentary area.

East Stand Level 1 – Block 105

Rows P to DD; Required to accommodate the UEFA Champions Club.

East Stand Level 2 – Block 209

Rows C to R; Required to accommodate the UEFA 1^st class purchase tickets.

East Stand Level 3 – Block 304

Rows T to FF; Required to accommodate the UEFA 2^nd class purchase tickets. 

East Stand Level 3 – Block 303

Rows V to DD; Required to accommodate the UEFA 3^rd class purchase tickets.

Supporters who have joined the 2021/22 UEFA Competition Cup Scheme with a seasonal seat located in any of the affected areas listed above will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium. All supporters will be allocated a seat as near to their seasonal seat as possible.

Supporters impacted by the relocations will be sent a seat relocation email detailing the seat you have been allocated. If you find that you are unhappy with the seat location that you have been provided, please contact us to choose an alternative seat location. Please contact Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1,2,1) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office on the first floor of the City Store at the Etihad Stadium.

It is important to remember that we have a significant number of supporters on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme, and whilst we will endeavour to allocate a seat as near to their seasonal seat, this may not be possible due to availability.

The Etihad Stadium Ticket Office, located in the North Stand Ticket office, is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday and are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays except where there is a First Team home match.
