Marc Guéhi will wear the No.15 shirt for Manchester City after the defender completed his move from Crystal Palace on Monday.

Guéhi, 25, has put pen to paper on a five-and-a-half-year deal that will see him remain at the Etihad Stadium until 2031.

Having established a reputation as one of the finest centre-backs in the Premier League, there is much anticipation about his arrival in Manchester.

The last player to wear the No.15 for City was Eliaquim Mangala.

Sylvain Distin, another centre-back, wore the No.15 with distinction during his five-year stay at City.

Jesus Navas, a title-winner with City in 2014, wore the No.15 throughout his four seasons with City, making 183 appearances for the Blues.

And Alfie Haaland, father of Marc’s new teammate Erling, wore it back in the early 2000s following his move from Leeds United.

Guéhi’s shirt will be available to purchase at mancity.com/shop from 12:00 (UK) on Tuesday 20 January.
