The week begins with the first day of pre-season for Pep Guardiola’s men.
A selection of our players not involved at this summer’s Euros and Copa America will be back at the CFA ahead of the 2024/25 campaign, taking part in some medical examinations in the morning before a first session back out on the grass.

The focus is on Euro 2025 qualification on Tuesday, with nine different members of Gareth Taylor’s squad representing their nations.
England face Sweden in Group 3 with Khiara Keating, Alex Greenwood, Chloe Kelly, Lauren Hemp and Jess Park all vying for a starting berth.
Meanwhile, our Dutch duo Kerstin Casparij and Vivianne Miedema travel to Norway in Group 1, while Spanish duo Laia Aleixandri and Leila Ouahabi welcome Belgium in Group 2.

Wednesday
England v Serbia | UEFA Women’s U19 Championship | 12:00
City youngster Poppy Pritchard is in action once again for the Young Lionesses as they look to build on a 10-0 win over Lithuania on Sunday.
The forward grabbed a hat-trick in their tournament opener, and will hope to maintain a 100% record in Group A when they face Serbia on Wednesday.
Kick-off is set for 12:00, with a match report focusing on Pritchard’s performance available soon after the final whistle on our channels.
Friday
On Friday, Pep Guardiola’s men get our pre-season tour of the United States under way.
City’s journey begins in Chapel Hill before travelling to New York, Orlando and, finally, Columbus.
And the squad travel to North Carolina on Friday afternoon ahead of that first pre-season friendly against Celtic on Wednesday 24 July.
